摘要
探索如何合理构建测量行业或者企业顾客满意度的定量模型,是研究人员应当关注的现实问题。国内关于顾客餐饮满意度的定量研究尚处于起步阶段,而在美食主题街区顾客餐饮满意度评价模型方面的研究更是处于空白阶段。基于这一现状,文章将物流成本测算研究领域中使用的李克特量表法引入测量餐饮顾客满意度及其模型的构建过程中,以昆明祥云美食街为个案进行分析,并结合美食主题街区的自身特点构建其顾客餐饮满意度的评价模型。
How to establish a reasonable and quantitative evaluation model for industry or enterprise is the real problem to be concerned. Nowadays, the quantitative research about customers' catering satisfaction is still in the initial stage, while the cus- tomers' s atisfaction evaluation model of gourmet dining theme blocks is also still in the blank stage. This paper introduces Likert scale into the process of customers' satisfaction evaluation based on a case study of Xiangyun gourmet street, Kunming, and es- tablishes the evaluation model of customers' catering satisfaction by combining its characteristics of gourmet dinning street.
