浅谈石化装置安全防护体系的构建

摘要 归纳总结了我国石化行业现行普遍应用的安全防护技术与管理措施,利用保护层的概念提出了涵盖事前、事中和事后,技术与管理并重的石化装置安全防护体系。 Commonly used safety protection technology and management measures in domestic petrochemical industry were summarized, and safety protection system for petrochemical plant was given with conception of layer of protection, which covering beforehand, during and afterwards the incident and emphasizing both technology and management.
