摘要
以p型导电高分子烷基聚噻吩(PAT-6)和n型导电高分子聚喹啉(PQ)共混液为原料通过浇注方式自组装形成组成梯度膜,即形成p-n异质膜,对该异质膜I-V特性进行检测,呈现二极管I-V特性,反复测量,该特性出现劣化现象,而随时间推移该异质膜的二极管特性具有可恢复性。
The polymer blend film was made by casting of the solution of poly(3-hexyl thiophene) (PAT-6) and polyquinoline(PQ),the composition grade structure was fabricated along the film thickness by self-assembly. And the change with time of I-V characteristic was measured.
