摘要
目的 了解窒息儿电解质浓度变化与脏器功能损害的关系,以便指导临床。方法 选择44例窒息新生儿进行血电解质测定及头颅CT、肝肾功能、心肌酶谱检测。结果 新生儿窒息常引起电解质紊乱,易合并低钠、低氯、低钙血症。血钙、血钠浓度变化与脏器功能损害有密切关系,而血钾浓度变化与脏器功能损害无明显相关性。结论 在窒息新生儿中应注意监测血钙、血钠浓度,并把其变化作为判断病情及预后的一个指标。同时应注意纠正电解质紊乱。
Objective To investigate the realtionship between the changes of electrolyte concentration and the damages of viscera funtion after asphyxia. Methods Concentration of the surum electrolyte was determined in 44 cases of asphyxiated newborn infants,at some time mean while,their liver funtion and examined kidney funtion, brain damage and myocardial damage were examed by different means. Results Electrolytic disorders were found in these cases,merge hyponatremia,ypocalcium and hypochlorum were very usual. The changes of natremia concentration and damages of viscera funtion, but there was not correction between the change of kalemia correcation between the change of kalemia concentration and the damage of viscera funtion. Conclusion It's very inportant to monitor the concentration of surum Na,Ca in asphyxiated newborn infants, the changes of Na,Ca concentration could be a sign to evaluate the patient's condition and patient's outcome. We should pay more attention to correcting the electrolyte disorder.
