摘要
针对斜巷运输的特点,设计了一种基于Siemens S7-200 PLC控制的柔性防跑车装置。根据传感机构传回的信息,通过PLC处理后发出指令来控制挡车栏的打开与闭合。该装置实现了自动化控制以及柔性拦车,防止了跑车事故的发生,消除了安全隐患。
According to the characteristics of the inclined transportation,a kind of flexibly anti-sliding installation for tram car was de- signed based on Siemens S7-200 PLC controlled to avoid tram car accident in the incline roadway. Firstly, the information is transferred by sensing structure,then,the information is treated by PLC, and the device can send out command signals to control the opening or closing of arrester catch. This device can reach the automatic control and flexible car stopper, prevent the occurrence of tram car acci- dent, and eliminate the security risk.
