微量全血化学发光法探讨肿瘤发生对中性粒细胞吞噬功能的影响

Studies on the effect of phagocytotic function of neutrophils of knob by micro whole blood chemiluminescence

目的 探讨肿瘤的发生对中性粒细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法 用微量全血化学发光法检测36例肿瘤病人及40例正常人的中性粒细胞吞噬功能。结果 肿瘤病人中性粒细胞吞噬功能显著高于正常人(P<0.01)。结论 肿瘤的发生与中性粒细胞吞噬功能的增强存在相关性。

Objective , To study the effect of phagocytotic function of neutrophils on knob sufferer. Methods The phagocytotic function of neutrophils was detected by method of micro whole blood chemiluminescence in 36 knob sufferer and 40 ordinary person. Results The knob sufferer's phagocytotic function of neutrophils were much higher than ordinary person( P < 0.01). Conclusion There be exist pertinence in knob and increased of phagocytotic function of neutrophils.
