淮河沿岸肝吸虫病流行危险因素的研究

Study on the risk factors for the transntition epidemic of clonorchiasis among the residents near the banks of the Huainan river system

目的 调查淮河沿岸肝吸虫病流行的危险因素。方法 采用实验流行病调查法,对中间宿主、终宿主和沿岸部分居民作现场查询、体检和粪检。结果 现场捕获的豆螺、沼螺体内可分离出有尾鞘的单尾蚴,用尾蚴感染淡水鱼可获囊蚴,用囊蚴感染家猫获肝吸虫成虫;从淮河沿岸部分居民及其放养的家猪粪便中可检出肝吸虫卵。结论 淮河沿岸存在多种肝吸虫病流行的危险因素。

Objective To make an epidemiological survey of risk factor of clonorchiasis among the residents near the banks of the Huaihe river system. Methods Using the method of experimental epdemilolgy surney, we made a spot inquirement, rhysical examination and stool examination about intermediate host, final host and residents near the banks. Results The results showed that the cercariae could be seperated from the bithyia fuchsianus and parafossarulus striatulus which were collected on the riverside, the encysted metacercaria and the adults of clonochris sinenses were obtained respectively from the infected freshwater fish and cats raised by the residents; The ova of clonorchis sinenses could be obtained from the feces of the residents and pigs raised by the residents near the banks of the Huaihe River system. Conclusion There are a lot of the risk factor for the Huaihe river system.
