摘要
储罐作为石化原料和产品存储的主要设备,在石化企业广泛使用。储罐的安全运行是确保企业正常生产的前提,如何快速有效地判断储罐的健康状况是目前研究的热点问题。自建一套模拟装置来研究声发射检测方法的可行性,实验结果表明,该方法具有很好的实用性。
The storage tanks are the main equipment of petrochemical raw materials and products and are used widely in the enterprise, whose safe operation is the premise of the normal operation. How to estimate the health status of the storage tank is the present hot problem, so a set of device is constructed in this essay to test the method＇ s feasibility and the results show that the acoustic emission is practicable.
