摘要
分析了高职高专院校制度文化建设的五大内涵,一是作为学校基本法的章程建设;二是学校内部运行与治理结构建设;三是有利于高职教育目标实现的管理制度体系建设;四是制度制定与更新的规范要求;五是强化制度的落实执行。
The paper explores the five connotations of institution and culture construction in higher vocational colleges. They are as follows： 1. regulations construction as the basic constitutions of the school; 2. school operation and management construction; 3. management system construction in favor of the final goal of the school; 4. requirements for regulation drafting and updating; 5. execution enhancement of regulations.
