摘要
高职院校在校企合作中多是从自身角度出发分析问题,而在校企合作的内动力、考虑企业的合作需求、校内管理机制的协调性等方面仍存在缺陷,因此使得校企深度合作难以实现。高职院校应以特色化的校园文化引导校企合作理念,以高质量的对外科技服务树立校企合作口碑,以协调化的管理制度保障校企合作运行,才能持续推进校企深度合作的有效开展。
There are some defects in the school-enterprise in-depth cooperation, which causes many difficulties in the cooperation, such as analyzing problems from one＇ s own position, lacking enthusiasm, without regard to the need of enterprise, unreasonable management mechanism, and wrong understanding of the influence from law and government. Higher vocational colleges can proceed the cooperation persistently by coordinating the management mechanism, high-quality scientific service for enterprise, and characteristic college culture.
