摘要
采用特征矢量法对某铰接式叉车进行了稳定性分析,建立了失稳坡度角和方位角之间的关系,绘出了静态稳定区域图,并通过倾斜平台实验法验证了该方法的有效性。研究结果表明,该铰接式叉车的纵向稳定性好于横向稳定性,满载时向后的纵向稳定性好于向前的纵向稳定性,其静态稳定性满足设计和使用要求。
Stability analysis is an essential step in the design process of the articulated forklift, which directly affects the safety of the forklift. The method of feature vector analyzed the stability of forklift, established the relation between unstable slope angle and the azimuth angle, and drew the stability region diagram. After the experimental analysis, this folklift is satisfied with the demand of design and practicability.
