摘要
设计出了一种高低温温度控制样品室,温度控制范围-100~200℃,采用二极管和铂电阻作为温度测量传感器件,利用二极管的PN结温度特性对液氮液面进行标定,利用铂电阻对样品室温度进行测量和控制.
