基于心理契约的高职物业专业人才职业行为研究

摘要 心理契约内容以模糊性和隐蔽性为特点,是影响员工对用人单位的态度和行为的决定因素。国内对高职物业专业人才心理契约的专门研究很少。通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,研究高职物业专业人才心理契约内容及相关满意度,分析其职业行为特征。
