The application of the PDA in Geological Vibration Instrument is discussed. Firstly, the hardware and software environment is described. The role of the PDA in Geological Vibration Instrument is discussed. Then it describes concrete step and partial implementation codes between GPS and PDA, PDA and PC. Finally, it gives a brief description of PDA in other areas.
