摘要
气田开采和集输过程中产生的含油含醇污泥是一种组成复杂且很稳定的悬浮乳状液体系.为了使这种污泥脱水,为后续处理做必要准备,通过室内实验优选脱水絮凝剂.从现场应用最广泛的絮凝剂中选出6种絮凝剂,测试其单独及复合脱水性能.结果表明,由PAC与SC-3组成的复合絮凝剂具有良好的脱水性能,当PAC和SC-3分别加入500 mg/L、40 mg/L时,在120 min以内,含油含醇污泥的含水率可降至80%以下,体积缩小为原来的1/10.
The sludge containing alcohol and oil produced in the production,gathering and transportation process of natural gas is a kind of stable suspended emulsion system with complicated composition. The sludge must be dehydrated for its further treatment. For this reason,the flocculants for the dehydration are selected by laboratory experiments. The dehydration performance of 6 flocculants widely applied in field and their compounded agents is measured. The results show that,the compounded flocculant composed of PAC and SC-3 good dehydration performance,and when the dosage of PAC and SC-3 is 500 mg / L and 40 mg / L separately,the water content of the sludge can be reduced to below 80% and its volume can be reduced to 1 /10 of original volume in 120 min.
