This article introduces a series of cleaner production programs and measures, including cleaner pro- duction technology, energy saving and carbon emission reduction projects, environmental protection engineer- ing, environmental management and audit certifications efforts, and describes the achieved significant economic and environmental benefits by implementing these programs and measures in dyeing and finishing enterprises, which demonstrates the transformation and promotion effects of cleaner production to the enterprises.
