The System of College students as village cadres has a great significance in promoting the construction of new countryside and relieving college students＇ employment pressure. But attention should also be given to the personal development status of college students as village cadres. Thus it is necessary to research and analyze their personal development situation in Yiwu and find solutions to the problems they meet in order to prompt prolonged development of the system.
