书院式学生管理体制是我国新时期学生公寓管理模式的一次创新尝试。这种新模式下学生公寓思政工作的理念、对象、施教队伍、工作方法都发生了变化,产生了新的特点。本文针对这种新特点构建一种新的思政工作模式,力争为书院制下的学生公寓思政工作的有效开展提供一点有益借鉴。

The academy-type student management system is a new attempt in the student dormitory management mode in the new era in our country in which the principle,object,teaching team and work method in the ideological and political work in the student dormitory have all seen their changes generating new features.The paper,based on this new mode,endeavors to provide some helpful implications for the promotion of the work.
