On the Optimization of Party-to-Party Environment

任何政党执政都是在一定环境中进行的。和谐的党际环境是执政环境建设的重要组成部分,也是政党建设的一个重要课题。而构建和谐的党际环境则要求:在国际上,恪守党际关系四项原则,与其他国家的政党积极开展双边交流与合作;在国内,坚持和完善中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度,加强同民主党派的团结与合作,走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路。

Any political party comes into power in a certain environment.Harmonious party-to-party environment is not only an important part of ruling environment construction,but also a significant project of political party construction.It requires that bilateral communication and cooperation should be started with overseas parties actively abiding by four principles of party-to-party relations internationally.Meanwhile it is necessary to uphold and improve the system of multi-party co-operation in exercising state power and the system of Political Consultation under the leadership of Communist Party of China,strengthen unity and cooperation with democratic parties and walk along the political development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
