农村基层党组织领导经济工作能力研究——以四川省雅安市为例

A Study of Leadership in the Economic Work of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations:A Case Study of Ya'an City,Sichuan Province

以四川省雅安市为例,对周边7个县的部分村庄进行实证研究,发现了影响当地农村基层党组织领导经济工作能力发挥的主要因素,并提出了相关对策以期能对其他地区农村基层党组织建设有借鉴意义。

The paper makes a positive case study of the 7 counties and their villages of Ya＇an city.Some major factors influencing the ability of leadership in economic work of its local grassroots party organization are discussed.It puts forward some countermeasures to make references for grassroots party organizations in other areas.
