在我国的公共治理中,政府公信力的建设是非常重要的一个环节。针对我国政府信任度下降这一现象,从理论原因和现实原因等方面进行分析,并以一分为二的方法看待政府公信力下降这一现象,一方面,政府公信力下降是公民民主意识提高的表现;另一方面,政府公信力的下降也确实影响了政府的形象和权威,影响了社会信誉体系的建立和完善,影响了政府的执行力。

In the Chinese public governance,the construction of government＇s credibility is a very important aspect.Facing the phenomena that the Chinese government＇s credibility is declining,this essay makes a dual analysis of these phenomena from the theoretical and practical reasons.On the one hand,the declining in government＇s credibility represents the increase of civil democratic awareness;on the other hand,it really affects the government＇s image and authority,the establishment and improvement of the social credit system as well as the government＇s executive power.
