高校校园文化建设与德育之间存在密切联系,二者相辅相成。当前,针对高校存在着校园文化建设德育功能不足、德育教育陷入付出与收获呈非正比的困境两方面的问题,需要从高校校园文化建设与德育之间的互动关系入手,依托校园文化的载体作用,从校园物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和活动文化四个层面,探寻二者的互动增效策略。

The construction of campus culture and moral education in colleges supplement each other.Upon analysis of the problems and difficulties in the construction of campus culture and moral education,this article elaborates the support role of campus culture,emphasizes the interaction of the construction of campus culture and moral education in terms of campus material culture,campus spiritual culture,institutional culture and activity culture and suggests some strategies to enhance the interaction.
