浅谈激励教育法在专科学生教育和培养中的运用

On the Application of Incentive Education in the Education of Junior College Students

随着大学的扩招,专科院校的学生数量越来越多,数量虽增加,但是质量却有待提高。有关资料估计,有超过25%的大专学生存在着较为严重的心理障碍。他们大多心理素质较差、承受能力较弱。专科学生普遍文化基础差,学习困难较大,自我约束力较低,面对诱惑大多抵御性差,从而使得老师对学生的信心降低,导致教育法的运用有所降低。拟从专科院校学生的特点、心理方面入手,探讨激励教育法如何在学生中的运用。

With the increasing enrollment of students in colleges,the number of students in junior colleges has increased,but the quality has to be improved.It is estimated that more than 25% of those students are suffering from serious psychological disorders.Most of them are poor in psychological endurance and sustainability.Weak cultural foundation,larger learning difficulties,low self-restraint and self-resistance result in lower confidence of teachers in students,which affects the exertion of fine education.This article intends to examine how to exert the incentive education in the students from the aspects of the characteristics and the psychology of those students.
