Development and Imagination of Psychiatry

目的综述国内外精神病学专业的最新进展及发展趋势,为我军精神病学的发展寻求突破方向和理论依据。方法通过Pubmed及CHKD检索近年来精神病学相关中英文文献,对国内外精神病学的现状和发展趋势进行分析、归纳及总结。结果精神病病因学与诊断治疗的研究已从单一手段向多元化方向发展。遗传学、影像学、电生理学、神经病理学等病因学研究不断有新的发现;药物治疗学陆续以新机制假说开始新药研发;精神病社区三级预防已经形成。我军基本建立了适应现代化特点的精神病学防治模式,尤其在精神病康复和心理障碍干预方面取得了显著进展。结论军队精神病学要结合现有优势,紧跟最新前沿动态,着眼新时期军人的精神病康复、心理卫生和战时应急研究,完善和发展新的军事精神病学体系。

Objective To summarize the latest progress and development trends in domestic and foreign psychiatry,and to seek a breakthrough and theoretical basis for the development of our military psychiatry.Methods Relevant professional literature from English and Chinese in psychiatry in recent years was retrieved through Pubmed and CHKD.The professional status quo and development trend in domestic and foreign psychiatry were analyzed,summarized and concluded.Results Studies on the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of psychiatry have developed from single mean to pluralism directions.The studies on psychiatric etiology in genetics,iconography,electrophysiology,neuropathology and so on have constantly new discoveries;pharmacotherapeutics has successively research and develop new drugs with new mechanisms hypothesizes;the tertiary prevention of mental illness has been established.Our army has established psychiatry prevention and cure mode to adapt to modern war characteristics,the significant progress has been made especially in the psychiatric rehabilitation and psychologic obstacle intervention.Conclusion Military psychiatry should combine the existing advantages,follow the latest development,focus on the psychiatric rehabilitation,psychological health and the wartime emergency research of military staff in the new era,improve and develop the new system of military psychiatry.
