长株潭城市群核心区可利用土地资源评价研究

Evaluation of Exploitable Land Resource in Core Area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Group

长株潭城市群核心区是湖南省产业最集中、经济实力最强、最具活力的地区。近年来,随着该区经济社会的迅速发展,城镇及其基础设施建设大大加强,建设用地扩大与农用地保护、生态保护之间的矛盾进一步激发。本文首先从城市群核心区可利用土地资源入手,分别从适宜建设用地、已有建设用地、基本农田等指标单要素进行分析与评价;然后对可利用土地资源相对量、可利用土地资源绝对量等指标项进行总体分析与评价,得出了核心区可利用土地资源相对量分布呈现出圈层式特点,以极丰富区域为圆心,丰度向外逐层减弱;核心区可利用土地资源绝对量集中连片分布,大致以上瑞高速为轴呈南北对称、以湘江为轴呈东西对称分布的结论。为目前长株潭城市群区域"资源节约型、环境友好型社会"建设合理配置和有效利用土地资源提供参考依据。

The core area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban group is the most concentrated industrial, the economically strongest, most vibrant areas in Hunan province. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society, its urbanization and infrastructure construction are greatly strengthened, and the conflicts between the construction land expansion, agricultural land protection, and the ecological protection are further stimulated. This paper evaluates the exploitable land resource in the core area of Changzhutan urban group from the single factors such as appropriate construction land, existing construction land, basic farmland indexes and so on, and analyzes the relative and absolute quality of exploitable land resources. Studies have shown that the relative quality distribution of exploitable land resource presents circle characteristic, with extremely rich area as the center, and the abundance weakening to the right step by step. Furthermore, the absolute quality of exploitable land resource takes a north-south axial symmetrical distribution as Shang-Rui Highway, and an east-west axial symmetrical distribution as Xiangjiang River. It is of great significance for the ＂Two-oriented Society＂ construction and development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban group to reasonably distribute and effectively utilize land resources.
