城市群外向型经济发展水平评价模型

Evaluation Model of Export-oriented Development of Urban Agglomerations

基于外向型经济的概念和特征,从外向型经济总量规模、依存度、增长速度、外向型经济结构、国别结构、经济空间结构及其对经济增长贡献等七大方面构建综合评价体系。然后基于信息熵理论和TOPSIS法,提出用相对熵距离法解决评价标准问题。最后,以珠三角城市群为参照系对环长株潭城市群进行评价。结果表明,该评价体系能科学测定城市群外向型经济发展水平,又能反映其内部差异化程度。

Based on the concept and features of export-oriented economy, the evaluation index system is put forward from seven aspects of export-orientated economies of scale, dependence, growth rate, extroversion economy structure, market structure, economic spatial structure and its contribution to economic growth. Then, based on the information entropy and TOPSIS, the method of relative entropy is advised to measure the level of export-oriented economy in order to eliminate the flaws of ＂standard structure＂. Finally, a case study of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group is presented to compare with Pearl River Delta city group. The results show that both the proposed index system and the method are able to measure the level of export-oriented economy of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group and its interior dispersion.
