推进湖南省科技保险发展的策略探讨

Discussion on the Development of Scientific and Technological Insurance in Hunan Province

科技保险能有效化解、转移企业科技创新活动中面临的科技风险,对促进我国科技进步和经济发展有着重要意义。通过对湖南省科技保险试点阶段存在的问题和科技保险现有运行模式探析,提出了推进湖南省科技保险发展的对策建议。

Scientific and technological insurance can resolve and effectively transfer technology risks. Some enterprises may face the innovation activities for its technology, which is significant to promote technical progress and economic development. This paper analyzes some main problems arising in the pilot stage in Hunan province, discusses the operation modes of scientific and technological insurance, and puts forward some proposals which can promote the development of science and technology for Hunan province.
