在微生物检验工作中常需要使用标准菌种作为阳性或阴性对照,本文根据食品微生物检验的特点及保种目的,探讨了标准菌种的购买、验收、标识、转种、确认、领取及销毁等程序,规范了标准菌种管理以保证其来源的可靠性和溯源性。
We usually need to use reference cultures as positive or negative contrast in food microbiological examination. According to the characteristics of food microbiological examination and the purpose of reference cultures preservation, discussed the reference cultures of purchase, acceptance, sign, passage, identification, getting, destruction etc. ,regulated the reference cultures management to ensure the reliability and traceability of its source.
