Characterization and structural control of metal-based nanomaterials

摘要 介绍了金属基纳米材料的一些常用分析和表征技术,包括紫外光谱、X-射线衍射、X-射线光电子能谱分析、透射电子显微分析和扫描透射电子显微分析,并对基于湿化学法的金属基纳米材料结构的主要调控手段进行了粗浅的分类归纳。 The common analytical and characteristic techniques including UV-visible spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning transmis- sion electron microscopy (STEM) are briefly introduced in this review article. In addition, in wet-chemistry based syn- theses, the approaches used to tune the structure of metal-based nanomaterials are categorized and discussed.
