为贯彻落实党的十八大关于加强基层服务型党组织建设，加强和改进党员队伍教育管理的精神，以学生党员“三个一”工程实施过程中突显的问题为例，我们的党员教育应该从尊重党员的主体地位，改进党员教育与管理方式；强化学生党员的组织意识，发挥党支部在学生中的政治核心作用；加强毕业班党员的教育，确保党员教育的长远质量这三个方面入手，来推进大学生党建工作的科学化水平。

In order to carry out the ideas of strengthening the Party＇ s constitutional construction of the service for the grass-roots units, which is posed by the 18th CPC National Congress, and to strengthen and improve the educational management of the Party members, this paper takes the problems existing among the implement of the three-one project as examples and shows that the education of the Party members should sincerely think about the following three aspects to promote the scientizational standard of the construction of the college students Party members： the first one is to respect their principal status and improve the methods of the education and management on the Party members; the second one is to strengthen the student Party members＇ organizational consciousness in order to give play to the political core role of the Party branch among the students; and the third one is to strengthen the education on the graduating student Party members in order to ensure the long-term quality of the Party member＇ s education.
