摘要
数控转子卧车是加工汽轮机、燃机、核电等转子加工的重要机床,它要求加工精度高且加工稳定,它的精度直接影响到工厂的产品质量,并且它的加工成型后用任何手段都是无法修复的,它的价值非常高。本文通过对4.2米卧车转子加工产生跳动超差的原因分析和解决方法进行了阐述.
Numerical control rotor horizontal machine is an important lathe to finish the processing of the rotor of turbines, combustion motors and nuclear power. It requires high accuracy and steady processing. The accuracy of the machine determines the quality of the products. And the products cannot be repaired through any kinds of methods when they are shaped by processing. Therefore it is very valuable. This paper analyzes the reasons for the flop oversize resulted from the processing of the 4.2 metres numerical control rotor horizontal machine and gives out the countermeasures for it.
