The Application of Textual Viewpoint to the Listening Teaching of College English

摘要 文章从语篇视点的角度,结合历年四级考试听力短文的部分例子,剖析了影响英语学习者听力困难的因素,即学生不善于从心理和认知角度分析语篇的组织活动。语篇的建构既是一种言语活动,又是一种认知心理活动。语篇视点就是从这一认知出发,并着眼于从心理和认知角度分析语篇的组织结构。把握好语篇视点能够快速有效地把握语篇的组织活动,进而提高听力。 The study, based on the examples of passages from CET4, analyzes the factors affect English learners' listening,that is, the construction of discourse is not only a linguistic activity but also a cognitive and psychological one. The theory of viewpoint mainly focuses its concern on the psychological aspect of the discourse organization which helps listen effectively, master discourse organization and improve their listening ablilty.
