摘要
乔姆斯基等人提出的普遍语法理论不但阐释了儿童利用大脑中的语言机制习得母语的问题,而且对二语习得研究具有重要意义。语言学界对普遍语法在二语习得中可及性存在不同观点,其可及性是确定的,但受不同条件制约;不能将弱化的可及性等同于不可及性。
The universal grammar proposed by Chomsky not only explains how children use the language mechanism in their brain to learn mother language but also shows that this mechanism is of great significance to second language acquisition (SLA). Though linguists hold different viewpoints about the accessibility of universal grammar in SLA, accessibility is definitive and is on- ly restrained by various conditions, so the weakened accessibility should not be equal to inaccessibility.
