摘要
玻璃幕墙中铝合金立柱是主要受力构件,其截面的合理设计对结构的受力、工程造价方面有着直接的影响。本文从幕墙立柱铝合金型材的受力计算出发,分析了在型材截面积相同,即线密度相同的情况下,型材截面壁厚和外形尺寸的变化对承载力和挠度的影响,并就幕墙铝合金型材截面的最优性进行了分析。
The aluminum alloy column is the main stressed component in the glass curtain wall, the rational design of the section has a direct impact on the structure stress and the cost economy. From the stress of curtain wall aluminum alloy profile calculating, this article analyzed the effection of variation of thickness and size change section of aluminum alloy on the bearing capacity and deflection under the same conditions with same profile section area, at last analyzed the optimality of aluminum alloy profile section in the curtain wall.
