摘要
目的 :为探讨特发性脊柱侧弯对脊髓生物电的影响 ,手术矫形能否对其改善 ,方法 :应用体感诱发电位仪检测 2组 Cobb角≥ 6 0°共 6 8例脊柱侧弯病人手术前后脊髓生物电变化。结果 :凸侧和凹侧体感发电位潜伏期延长 ,波幅增高 ;手术后改善。结论 :特发性脊柱侧弯影响脊髓生物电 ,手术矫形有助于改善脊髓生物电。
Objective:To observe the affection of the idiopathic scoliosis and to the spinal cord bioelectricity before and after surgical treatment.Methods:The SEPs was used to detect the spinal cord bioelectricity change before and after-operation in sixty-eight cases with idiopathic scoliosis of two group Cobb's angle>60°.Results:SEPs latency is prolonged, amplitude is intensified in both convex and concave side.Conclusion:Idiopathic scoliosis affect the spinal cord bioelectricity.Surgery can improve the spinal cord bioelectricity.
