妊娠合并肝内胆汁淤积症疗效分析

The Curative Effect Analysis of 42 Cases with Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

目的:探讨妊娠合并肝内胆汁淤积症42例临床疗效。方法:分析本院收治的妊娠合并肝内胆汁淤积症患者42例的临床资料,妊娠合并肝内胆汁淤积症患者给予针对性治疗的22例患者作为观察组,其余20例不进行干预作为对照组。结果:观察组治疗后血清总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶、血清胆汁酸均较治疗前明显改善,同时观察组分娩孕周、胎儿窘迫、羊水污染、新生儿窒息、早产、围生儿死亡、新生儿体重均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠合并肝内胆汁淤积症采取相应的对症治疗,可明显改善临床症状,提高妊娠结局的质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To approach clinical efficacy of 42 cases in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Method： To analyze 42 cases clinical data of In intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, pregnancy complicated with intrahepatic cholestasis in patients given targeted treatment of 22 eases of patients as observation group, remaining 20 patients did not intervene as control group.Result： The serum total bilirubin, alanine transaminase, serum bile acid of 42cases In iatrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy after curing were better than obviously, then gestational weeks, fetal distress, amniotic fluid contamination, neonatal asphyxia, prematurity, perinatal mortality, neonatal weight of detection group were better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy to take corresponding symptomatic treatment, significant improvement in the clinical symptoms, improve pregnancy outcome quality, which was to be usded.
