骨髓基质细胞与白血病关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 白血病的发生发展与造血微环境有着密切的联系,而骨髓基质细胞是造血微环境的主要支柱,它通过分泌细胞因子、细胞外基质及与血液细胞的直接接触构成骨髓造血微环境在机体造血发育、恶性血液病的发生发展中起重要作用。近年来关于骨髓基质细胞及其与白血病的发生发展关系的研究日益成为热点。本文现就骨髓基质细胞与白血病关系的研究进展作一综述。
