Research review of the work-family conflict of and the social support to elementary education teachers

中小学教师工作-家庭冲突是一种角色间冲突,社会支持对缓解中小学教师因工作-家庭冲突产生的职业压力有重要影响。对中小学教师的工作-家庭冲突和社会支持的概念、结构类型、测量工具、相关研究及两者间的相关研究等进行综合研究,发现国内外对通过利用社会支持来缓解中小学教师工作-家庭冲突的研究目前还较为少见。

The elementary education teachers' work-family conflict is a kind of conflict between their different roles and the social support has a great impact to alleviate their professional pressure caused by the work-family conflict.This paper studies the concepts of work-family conflict and social support,structural types,measuring tools and related researches.
