摘要 动脉粥样硬化的发生是由炎症及脂质堆积共同引起的。C反应蛋白(CRP)作为一个炎症指标,参与动脉粥样硬化的形成和不稳定斑块的破裂过程。他汀类药物具有调脂、减少炎症等诸多作用,国内外大量研究结果支持将他汀类药物作为这类疾病的一级和二级预防用药。该文主要探讨动脉粥样硬化与CRP的研究进展,他汀类药物作用下血脂下降程度、CRP下降程度以及颈动脉斑块消退程度之间是否存关联的研究进展。 Atherosclerosis is caused by inflammation together with lipid accumulation.C-reactive protein(CRP)as an inflammatory marker participates in the formation of atherosclerosis and also the rupture process of unstable atherosclerotic plaque.Domestic and international research results support the statin drugs can be used as primary and secondary prevention drugs of the disease with its function of regulating lipid and reducing inflammation.Here is to make a review on the current research progress of atherosclerosis and CRP and the relationship between reduction of blood lipid level,CRP level and the regression degree of carotid artery plaque under lipid-lowering therapy.
