摘要
干细胞以其自我更新和多向分化的能力得到了医学界广泛关注,成体干细胞移植治疗缺血性心脏病已成为现实。诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)是通过对多种终末分化的体细胞进行外源性重编程而获得,因其来源方便、不存在免疫排斥和伦理问题,立即成为细胞重建和组织修复领域的研究热点。该文就iPSC的研究现状以及其在心血管疾病再生医学的应用前景进行综述。
Stem cells have drawn wide attention in medical circles for its abilities of self-renewal and multi-directive differentiation.Adult stem cell transplanta tion has been applied in curing ischemic heart disease.And the induced pluripotent stem cells are obtained through reprogramming of diversified terminally differentiated somatic cell,which have immediately become the research focus of cell rebuild and tissue repair,due to the advantages of convenient source,no immunological rejection and moral issues.Here is to make a review on the research status quo of induced pluripotent stem cells and its application prospect in cardiovascular diseases and regenerative medicine.
