摘要 心血管疾病为临床常见病,流行病学研究发现有近300种危险因素,目前治疗主要手段包括控制危险因素、药物治疗及解剖结构的重建。尽管通过上述方法进行防治,但心血管疾病的发病率仍居高不下,且反复发生急性心血管事件。近年来研究发现,Klotho基因及表达产物与心血管病及其各种危险因素(高血压病、糖尿病、血脂异常、肾功能不全等)相关,故通过对Klotho基因及表达产物的研究,可能为心血管疾病的防治找到新的方法。 Cardiovascular disease is a common disease.By now,the study in epidemiology has found nearly 300 risk factors related with cardiovascular disease.The methods of treating the disease include controlling the risk factors,medical treatment and reconstructing the anatomical structure.Though above preventive treatments have been performed,the incidence of cardiovascular disease still goes high,and the recurrence of acute cardiovascular event is not rare at all.However,it′s discovered that Klotho gene and the expression product are related with cardiovascular disease and various risk factors(hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia and renal inadequacy),the study of them may present a new method to treat and prevent cardiovascular disease.
