摘要 针对传统猪舍温度较难控制的缺点,设计了一种以STC89C52型单片机、数字温度传感器DS18B20和执行机构为硬件核心,以LabVIEW和PID工具包为软件开发平台的实时温度监控系统。该系统通过串口将单片机采集到的现场温度传递到上位机,并由LabVIEW对采集的信号进行分析和处理,实现了数据采集、处理、显示、存储及控制等功能,最终实现对猪舍温度的实时监控。测试结果表明,该系统能够实时准确地采集数据温度值,较好的满足猪舍温度监控的要求,系统运行情况良好,易于操作,且可扩展性强。 Difficult to control the temperature of the traditional pig house.This paper is designed a real-time temperature control system,which uses STC89C52,digital thermometer DS18B20 and actuating mechanism as hardware design core,LabVIEW and its PID tool package as software designing platform.The system can acquire the signal of real-time temperature on site by STC89C52,LabVIEW analyzes and processes the sampling signals in software platform to realize data acquisition,processing,display,storage and control and so on,to achieve real-time temperature control.Simultaneously,the system performed well,collected data in real time,and measured temperature values accurately,which is good to meet the needs of pigpen environment monitoring,simply operation and good extensibility.
