摘要
在增压柴油机4100QBZL的进气道上加装喷水系统,分析在不同喷水量下发动机的动力性、燃油经济性和NOx的变化规律。结果表明进气道喷水对于柴油机的动力性有一定提升,燃油经济性在某些特定工况下有所改善,NOx排放则大幅降低。
A presentation of measures to improve diesel emissions,focusing on the principle of the inlet water spray to reduce NOx.A set of water-injection system is installed in the inlet of 4100QBZL turbocharged diesel engine and analyse the variation law of power performance,fuel economy and NOx when spray with different amount of water.The results show that the inlet water spray can improve engine power performance and fuel economy in certain specific conditions,NOx emissions substantially reduced.
