Review of the study on quality safety of agricultural products from the perspective of supply chain

供应链视角的农产品质量安全研究多集中在生产者、消费者和政府等主体的意愿和行为分析领域,相关研究结论指向性明显,但忽略了农业安全各子系统的逻辑关系,缺乏对农产品质量安全与农业生态安全、粮食安全的传导机制研究,没能解决相关主体的动力机制问题,对安全农产品供应链整体效率和政府管制效率的评价研究也有待于进一步丰富。

The researches on agricultural products quality safety from the perspective of supply chain are concentrated in the intention and behavior analysis of producers,consumers and government,their relevant findings point obviously,but ignores the logical relationship of the various subsystems of the agricultural safety,there is less study on the transmission mechanism of quality and of agricultural products safety agro-ecological safety and food security,and thus failed to solve the problems on dynamic mechanism of relevant subjects,the efficiency evaluation of s safe agricultural products supply chain and government control efficiency are also need to be enriched.
