右心室选择部位起搏的导线定位的研究进展

Advance in Research of Leads Location of Selective Site in Right Ventricular Pacing

右心室选择部位起搏是实现生理性起搏的重要方式。随着技术进步和植入器械改善,目前相关的临床研究热点主要集中在希氏束或希氏束旁起搏、右心室流出道间隔起搏和右心室中位间隔起搏。现介绍上述三种起搏部位的导线定位的相关解剖、辅助工具、方法和判断标准的临床研究进展。

Selective site in right ventricle pacing is an important way to achieve physiological cardiac pacing. With the development of clinical skills and improvement of devices for implantation, the relevant clinical researchs mainly focus on His-bundle pacing/para-His pacing, fight ventricular outflow tract septum pacing, and right ventricular mid-septum pacing. In this review, advance of related anatomy, assistive tools, implant technique and judgement standard is introduced.
