摘要 心脏标志物在诊断冠心病中起重要作用。随着医学的发展,不断有新的冠心病生物标志物产生。骨保护素是肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员之一,其在骨代谢疾病中发挥的作用已经明确。近年来研究发现,它受多种炎症因子的调节,参与动脉粥样硬化的形成与进展。同时,它和超敏肌钙蛋白I一样,对冠心病的预后、危险分层等,发挥着重要的作用。 Cardiac markers in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease play an important role. With the development of medical science, the new coronary heart disease biomarker has produced. Osteoprotegerin is one of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily member , and has played a clear role in metabolic bone diseases. Recent studies have found that it is subject to a variety of inflammatory cytokines involved in the formation and progress of atherosclerosis. At the same time, it plays an important role in the prognosis of coronary heart disease and risk stratification as well as hs-cTnI.
