二维超声心动图在二尖瓣修复术中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 二尖瓣修复术由于保留了二尖瓣环和乳头肌结构的连续性,有利于维持左室的几何形态及其整体收缩活动协调性,有助于术后左室收缩功能的改善,其疗效均明显优于二尖瓣置换术。目前。二尖瓣修复术已经逐渐成熟,其临床应用亦越来越多。二尖瓣修复术的疗效受多种因素的影响,如术前左室的大小及功能、二尖瓣原发病变、手术方式、术后即刻二尖瓣反流程度等。超声心动图义不容辞地在二尖瓣修复术中承担着重要的角色。现就超声心动图在二尖瓣修复手术术前指导、术中监测及术后随访中的作用做一综述。 Repair of the mitral valve is reportedly superior to replacement since it is associated with better preservation of valve tissue, subvalvular apparatus and left ventricular function, as well as improved long-term survival. Now, it is widely used clinically. The outcome of this operation is affected by many factors, such as the left ventricular size and function before operation, the primary disease of mitral valve, different surgical techniques of repair, and residual mitral valve. The use of echocardiography has undoubtedly contributed to the success of mitral valve repair. This review covers the use of transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography in the assessment of mitral valve repair.
