儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征外周血T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的检测及分析

Measuring and analysis of T and B lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

目的观察儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)外周血T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞的检测结果,探讨OSAHS对患儿体液免疫与细胞免疫的影响。方法收集该院OSAHS患儿104例,年龄3～10岁,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞,并将结果进行统计学处理,分析各指标的变化情况及二者间的相互关系。结果 OSAHS患儿的T淋巴细胞比例[(63.99±7.56)%]较正常值中位数(69%)减少;其中,CD4+T细胞的百分率[(30.40±6.89)%]较正常值中位数(35.5%)减少,而CD8+T细胞的百分率[(26.97±7.04)%]较正常值中位数(25.5%)升高。B细胞比例[(17.79±5.62)%]较正常值中位数(15.5%)升高。T淋巴细胞百分率与B淋巴细胞百分率无明显相关性(r=0.286)。结论 OSAHS对儿童的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能均有影响,T细胞和B细胞的检测结果可用于OSAHS患儿机体免疫功能的评估和是否需进行手术干预的依据之一。

Objective By observing the T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of children with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome（OSAHS）,we investigate the influence of OSAHS on cellular immunity and humoral immunity in children with OSAHS.Methods 104 children aging from 3 to 10 years were selected;the T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry;the results were statistically treated and the vibration of each index and its relationships were analyzed.Results The percentage of peripheral T-lymphocytes in OSAHS group（63.99±7.56）% was significantly lower than that in normal（69%）.Moreover,the percentage of peripheral CD4＋T-lymphocytes（30.40±6.89）% was significantly lower than that in normal children（35.5%） and peripheral CD8＋ T-lymphocytes（26.97±7.04）% was higher than normal（25.5%）.The percentage of peripheral B-lymphocytes in OSAHS group compared with normal children（15.5%） was higher.No correlationship were found between the percentage of peripheral T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes（r=0.268）.Conclusion Children cellular immunity and humoral immunity could be influenced by OSAHS.By measuring T-lymphocytes and B-lymphocytes in peripheral blood,we can evaluate the immunity function of patients and decide whether or not to perform an operation.
