广州市规模化养鸡企业供应链管理现状评价与政策建议

Status Evaluation and Policy Recommendations for Supply Chain Management of Guangzhou Large-Scale Chicken Farming Enterprises

规模化养鸡企业不仅在广州市农业现代化建设中具有重要的地位与作用,同时对广州城市居民生活保障,以及物价水平稳定也具有深远的影响。养鸡企业的供应链管理水平直接影响了产业发展的核心竞争力。本文通过对广州市典型企业的调查,分析了养鸡企业的供应链结构、原料采购模式、销售模式等方面,结果显示广州市养鸡企业的供应链管理水平还较为落后,需要在战略定位、经营理念、营销手段等方面进行提升。同时,养鸡业发展还需要政府在产业链协调、环境资金等方面给予有力支持。

The large-scale chicken farming enterprises have an important position and role, not only in Guangzhou Agricultural modernization but also have a profound impact on the Guangzhou urban residents living security, as well as the stability of the price level at the same time. The supply chain management level of chicken farming enterprises direct effect on the level of core competitiveness of industrial development. This paper analyze the supply chain structure, raw material procurement model, sales model and etc. of chicken farming enterprises based on the investigation of typical enterprises in 6uangzhou City, the results show that the supply chain management level is lagging behind, need strategic positioning, business philosophy, marketing tools and other aspects upgrade. Meanwhile, the poultry industry development also requires the government to give strong support for the industrial chain coordination, environmental capital and etc.
