摘要
介绍了水柱式超声波自动探伤系统在南海深水天然气管线工程大壁厚直缝埋弧焊钢管检测中的应用。通过理论计算纵向探头主声束在钢中的半扩散角、有效声束宽度等参数,为确保能够对大壁厚钢管φ762 mm×28.6 mm、φ762 mm×30.2 mm、φ762 mm×31.8 mm探头主声束在焊缝厚度方向100%的覆盖,增加了两组串列式超声波探头保证焊缝中心位置缺陷的探伤以及串列式扫查曲面时的缺陷定位计算问题。实现了在线超声波自动探伤纵向缺陷扫查时主声束包容全部焊缝,有助于提高钢管产品的内在质量。
In this article, it introduced the application situation in heavy wall thickness SAWL pipe detection of water column automatic UT system in China South Sea gas pipeline project. Through calculating half-angle of spread, the width of effective acoustic beam and other parameters of longitudinal probe, it can ensure 100% coverage in weld wall thickness direction of Ф762mm×28.6mm、Ф762mm×30.2mm、Ф762mm×31.8mm steel pipe. It can guarantee crack detection in weld center, and defect location during serial type scanning curved surface by adding two sets of serial type UT probe. It also ensure the main acoustic beam containing the whole weld, which can effectively assure the inner quality of steel pipe.
